The community started from an ask, in 2019, by the members of a private legal workplace network that ran for 11 years to expand into a pan-industry private network. Launched in November of that year as a client-side private forum for those involved in the workplace to share knowledge we started meeting for a weekly virtual coffee during the pandemic to share real-time experiences. The community has morphed into a global network focused on emerging from the crisis and shaping the future workplace. The CXO Leading Change @ Work international network is a Chatham House Rule, vendor-free environment for senior corporate real estate and workplace professionals. Our community provides an ideal place to share experiences that collectively help to save time. Since its launch in 2019, the network has grown into three key Chapters: Europe, America and APAC Region.
