Our story
In November 2019, the community began at the request of members from a private legal network, chaired by Martin Hale. They wanted a trusted way to connect senior real estate and workplace leaders across different industry sectors, to share experience, test ideas and learn from one another in confidence.
What started as a small cross-sector conversation quickly became a regular and valued forum. During lockdown, when uncertainty around work and workplace was at its height, our European and North American chapters continued to meet virtually every Thursday.
Those conversations continue today, a reflection of the value members place on practical insight, peer support and a confidential space for business leaders facing similar challenges.
