Kursty is an award-winning designer, innovation consultant, author, speaker, professor and workplace strategy advisor.
With a background in innovation consulting, capability development, and design, Kursty’s approach to the workplace is grounded in co-creation and puts people at the heart.
Kursty helps organisations to cultivate the right cultural and physical environments to support innovation.
Her experience includes designing and running creativity workshops, driving innovation and internal transformation projects, and coaching senior executives on innovation culture issues.
Appointed in 2013 as adjunct professor at the IE University in Madrid, she is running a postgraduate Masters in Strategic Design of Spaces: New Trends in Spaces for Innovation.
Chris has worked in the Corporate Real Estate sector for over 30 years, having operated as the Vice President of International Corporate Real Estate for The Walt Disney Company before acting as Head of Corporate Real Estate at the BBC, where he was responsible for the creation of MediaCityUK in Salford and oversaw the £1bn development of Broadcasting House. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a founding member of Six Ideas, a global consultancy focused on workplace development and innovation, where he has worked on CRE Initiatives for major multinational corporations. He sits on the Corporate Real Estate Journal editorial board, for which he has written various articles, and is also a regular contributor to the LEADER magazine. Chris has served as a Non-Executive Director on many Boards, including NHS Property Services and Network Homes. Currently, he serves as an independent non-executive director at Elstree Film Studios.
The Financial Times has described Eddie as a 'leading revolutionary' and 'agent provocateur'. He is a professor at the School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Henley Business School, the founder and Learning Director of Pentacle The Virtual Business School, and a leading business theorist, innovator, and educator.
Eddie is the author of ten books including two Financial Times bestsellers and the ever popular All Change! Eddie writes on a wide range of subjects connected by the themes of adapting for change, leadership, innovation and organisation. His books offer insights into the most effective ways to address the rapidly-changing, disruptive environments in business, society and culture today. His writing, teaching and concepts have been incorporated in 40% of the FT100.
Steve is a co-founder of numerous co-working businesses from Central Working, which pioneered co-working in the UK back in 2011, to Kollider in Sheffield and currently Ormeau Baths in Belfast; he has also, through Central Working, reimagined the workspace for UKTI in Victoria and the Home office Gresham Street, Tech floor previously. He was part of the founding team for Virgin America, which helped redefine domestic travel in the US, and was head of Service Development at Virgin Atlantic, looking after ground and Air new projects.
