This is the usual first step. It gives you a low-risk way to experience the tone, quality and relevance of the conversation before deciding on membership.

Move straight to membership

Reduced-rate membership
A 50% reduced rate is available for people in the public sector, not-for-profit, or who are currently between roles. If that applies to you, mention it when you register your interest or schedule a call.

Start by selecting the chapter that is most relevant to you. Then choose monthly or quarterly billing, in your preferred currency.
European chapter
For members who want to join the European chapter calls as their main point of connection into the community.
North America chapter
For members who want to join the North America chapter calls as their main point of connection into the community.
Please note: the payment links below do not record your chapter choice on their own. Please make sure your preferred chapter is confirmed as part of your application so the right Zoom invitations can be sent to you.
Membership criteria
The community is for senior in-house leaders.
If your role changes and you move to a service provider, we ask you to step out of membership. This is not about the individual. It protects the trust and candour of the group, especially for members who may not know everyone personally.
Where appropriate, membership can be passed to a colleague with agreement.
To make this clear and accountable, buyers should confirm that they understand the membership criteria before joining.
Pricing and practical points
Commitment: Membership is intentionally kept accessible. We only ask for an initial three-month commitment, with one month’s notice thereafter, so you have enough time to experience the rhythm of the community properly.
Pricing: Current rates are £55 + VAT in the UK, $75 in the US, and €66 in the EU.
Flexibility: Other currencies and card options can be arranged.
Administration fee: If someone joins and does not meet the membership criteria, CXO retains the right to cancel membership and may retain a small administration fee.
